The entrance to the Escape Center complex (hereinafter - "the complex") constitutes consent to what is stated in these regulations and an undertaking to act in accordance with it;

* Must arrive 10 minutes before the start of the game.
* Entry to the compound under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol is prohibited.
* It is strictly forbidden to use verbal and / or physical violence in the compound.
* It is mandatory to obey the operator's instructions before, during and after the game.
* The objects in the complex are the exclusive property of Escape Center, do not take them and / or make any use of them except according to the game instructions.
*Leaving mobile phones, tablets and the like in the waiting room is a condition of entry to the game rooms. The company is not responsible for the property of the participants.
* During the game, only reasonable force should be used. Damage and / or loss, of any kind and type, should be avoided. If the customer causes damage to the room (mechanisms, accessories, etc.), the company may charge him for the damage done.
* The content of the game is protected by the copyright of its owner, may not be copied, photographed, recorded, transmitted, transferred or removed from the complex in any way and by any media and / or electronic means, details arising from it and / or related to it, whether for private use or otherwise.
* The company and / or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damage, consequential or special, caused to the customer or a third party as a result of use or purchase not in accordance with these regulations. Escape Center reserves the right to cancel the specific purchase in a written notice.

* The client understands and knows that in escape rooms there are non-standard passages and the participant must be careful when staying in the escape room. The company and / or those on its behalf will not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damage, consequential or special, caused to the customer during the activity in the complex. The company is not responsible for bodily injuries.

* The client is aware that the escape rooms in the complex contain narrow passages and are therefore not suitable for the disabled in a wheelchair. There are detours in the escape rooms that can be used for pregnant women and those who have difficulty moving. Tell the operator that you want to use detours.
* All information and / or display appearing on the site, including graphics, design, verbal presentation, trademarks, logos and the editing and presentation of these, are the exclusive property of the company and / or anyone on its behalf. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use in any other way the content appearing on the site except with the written consent of the company in advance and in advance.
* The compound is photographed in all its main spaces, and is partly recorded.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, will result in immediate termination of the game and removal from the complex, without receiving any refund.

Escape Center will be entitled to full indemnification from any participant that will cause damage, expense and / or loss.

Price list on the website -

* Escape Center may update its prices on the Site from time to time, in its sole discretion.
* The price actually paid is the price advertised on the site at the time of the game itself.

Cancellation of order and refund policy -

* Cancellation / change of order time, will be made through telephone contact with company's customer service or ordering system.

* In case of cancellation / changes in the order time up to 24 hours before the start of the game - the customer will not be charged a down payment and will receive a refund through an app for transferring money such as "Bit" or cancellation of the credit transaction (may have extra charges from the credit company).

Even when the order was placed less than 24 before order`s time, the cancellation policy applies to the customer.

* In case of cancellation / postponement of the order time less than 24 hours and more than 12 hours until the start of the game, the deposit fee will be used as a cancellation fee.

 

* In case of cancellation / postponement of the order less than 12 hours before the start of the game - customer`s credit card, which he paid the down payment with (down payment of NIS 100) will be charged for cancellation fee. The customer will be charged full price according to the price list on the website according to the number of participants he listed at the order.
For example - the customer paid 100 NIS to save the place, and ordered a game for 4 participants in the escape room "The Intervention". If he canceled / postponed the game less than 12 hours before the game, the customer will be charged on credit with which he paid the deposit additional 420 NIS. Total payment of 520 NIS for a game that was ordered for 4 players. (According to the price list, 130 NIS per participant in the escape room The Intervention with a composition of 4 participants, total 520 NIS).
PLEASE AVOID CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS!

* In case the customer is late more than 20 minutes (twenty minutes) for the scheduled time for the game, his eligibility to play the game at the scheduled time will be denied immediately. The customer will be charged full price according to the price list on the site, depending on the number of participants specified in the game order . This section applies to all escape rooms in the compound in any group size.

Special reference to the minimum number of participants -

* If the team arrives on its own initiative, without prior coordination, in a group smaller than the minimum set for the room - the treatment as a team that did not come to the game. The team's right to the game is denied, and the customer will be charged the full price according to the price list on the website, depending on the number of participants specified in the game order, offsetting the down payment paid.

If the company does approve their entry into the game, the team will be charged the cost of the game for minimum players (for example - in the escape room "intervention" has a minimum of 4 participants, so the minimum price is 520 NIS).

Order Policy -

Escape Center is happy to host you in its escape rooms and makes every effort to give you a fair, pleasant and easy service in ordering the activity whether online, by phone or in any other way you choose.

* To order the game through the website, select the game and the desired free time and go to the registration for the game. Registration for the game is done by filling in details such as first and last name, e-mail and mobile phone number.

* After selecting the game and filling in the order details, the customer will be asked to pay a down payment of NIS 100 for the ordered game. 

* The down payment will be deducted in full at the time of payment.

* Providing false information constitutes a criminal offense, and doing so is subject to criminal and civil legal proceedings.

* We guarantee that the personal details entered when ordering the game will not be passed on to a third party. General information about visitors on the site can be passed to a third party for the purpose of characterizing potential customers by a marketing and advertising company on our behalf (the details will be provided without identifying details of the customer), and in any case the details will not be used to send text messages or emails. Except for ordering needs.

Escape Center may cancel an order, in whole or in part in the following cases:

1. If any mistake is made in the order.
2. In case it turns out that the order was accompanied by illegal activity of the customer and / or any third party.
3. When the transaction was carried out illegally and not in accordance with these regulations.
4. Due to a technical fault or circumstances beyond the control of the company.

If the order is canceled on behalf of the company due to a technical fault or circumstances beyond the control of the company, and the customer has paid the down payment, the company will allow the customer to arrange a new date.

5. No down payment has been made to save the game.
If it is not possible to contact the customer, Escape Center will be entitled to cancel this order.

Notice of cancellation of the order will be given to the customer by phone and / or in writing to the e-mail address he specified when placing the order.
